• FURNISHED UNIT - One unit is being offered as FURNISHED including all utilities and common area maintenance in the lease amount.  This is being offered as a mid-term lease agreement and must be for at a minimum of 3 months.  However, longer leases are available on a case-by-case basis when professionals are working on a contract in our area.  This is a perfect option for those who are building in our Sweet Bay neighborhood, professionals here for work assignments, military or healthcare professionals working on contracts at our local healthcare facilities.
